PFA, as an associated partner, supports Youth Employability in the Green Economy
through the GRECO Project

The GRECO - Green Economy Career Orientation project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Program (KA220-YOU
– Cooperation Partnerships in Youth), is nearing completion, having successfully delivered key outputs that
strengthen the role of youth workers in guiding young people towards sustainable careers in the green
economy.

GRECO supports the transition to a sustainable and inclusive economy by enhancing the employability of
young people through career guidance, targeted training, and engagement with local labour market needs.
The project equips youth workers, educators, and career counsellors with practical tools and methodologies
to help young people, especially those from vulnerable backgrounds, explore meaningful, future-oriented
opportunities in the green sector.
The Polish Farm Advisory and Training Centre proudly participates as an Associated Partner in GRECO,
contributing significantly to the shared mission of supporting youth in the green transition.
The GRECO partnership includes:
  • Cirka CPH (Coordinator) – Denmark
  • People of 2050 – Denmark
  • CESIE – Italy
  • Business Development Center Kragujevac – Serbia
  • Smart Idea – Slovenia
  • Rezos Brands S.A. – Greece

GRECO contributes to the European Green Deal, the EU Youth Strategy, and the European aligning education, training, and career orientation with the needs of the green transition labour market. For more information, visit: https://greco-project.org/
